Speeds a bit low, but was Wondering if this is good enough since pretty good bulk and with those speed ivs, still outspeeds most of the tanks in pvp

for the miniimum ivs around 500k would be fair For the exact required ivs, the money offer you posted isn't enough, if u can raise it to 1.5 m around , and can go more if its really good I think it's fair cus the ability is HIDDEN ABILITY. makes it harder
