The problem was of peccha berry it wasnt being accepted i deleted the game and re installed it worked fine then -
Its resolved after few quick tries it resolved on its own i think you can close this

I cannot complete the quest to get the hm cut i talked to dr nuemar and and am going to the jenson the guy who makes the secret pertion but he is not making it and i cant get into captain room
