So we are excluded from this event if we're currently completing the story of another region, like Johto? It's only accessible in Kanto? (...which I currently have no way of accessing, and won't be able to for quite a while.) That doesn't feel right... Edit: Thank you for the guide, I do appreciate it. It just seems like an oversight of the designers or something to have it inaccessible to players locked in other regions, who otherwise meet the requirements of the event (Kanto champion, etc.). Unless I have it all wrong and am overlooking something, which is possible, and which is why I'm seeking clarification.
