Ensure you are not having ever stone as item on natu, if yes kindly remove it as ever stone helps the pokemon not to evolve, rather than after which kindly share the sever and pokemon id at https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/65717-url

As I can you are unable to pass this area since you are not having half of the pokemons should be dark type.
