If you wish for an "account reset" because you do not want to catch female Pokemon, then i suggest you create a new save on a different server (Red or Blue where you start fresh), or alternatively catch a male Pikachu in Viridian Forest and release your current, clearly insufficient female Pikachu.

What happens when you hit "login"? Do you receive any message or does the client just freeze?

On top of what Deathwing has stated, "Green Server" will not be a thing for the foreseeable future at least also. There is no demand for a fourth server, the 3 current servers have a healthy spread of players on each and not overloaded with hour-long queues like Red was when we introduced Blue server. Currently there is no need or benefit to a fourth server and just to repeat Deathwings comments, a "server merge" is very unlikely also. Grind is expected as this is an MMO, and the current way or acquiring EVs is the same method as the mainline games. interesting... this got me thinking. Pokemon X&Y had this kind of thing. I like the idea of a "mini-game" way to acquire EVs, though.

What you are saying doesnt make sense. Its a SERVER-SIDE bug, you already have a logout button, if you are referring to a "button" built within the server itself to completely disconnect a user then that isnt a solution, or atall possible. As Nathan stated, a remote logout button will be ineffective for this issue too, note that we have tried implementing workarounds such as a staff-kick from server, even a 1 second ban from the server to try and rectify the issue, but as stated, its SERVER-SIDE, not client-side, so its not really within our power to implement any "button" to log you out, you already have a logout button which is to log out of the client. If you were hacked, thats completely different, as its not a server-side issue. If you were hacked we could recover your account, if you receive the "user already logged in" message, your player ID is stuck in the server, locked in a "logged in" status, only way (currently) to release it is to reboot the server so it refreshes and recognizes actually that user is not signed in, again releasing the account.

Just so theres a "staff presence" on your post, i can confirm both ImRig and WaterMage are correct. Any trades for real world items/currency for ingame content is prohibited and will result in suspension if caught doing this.

Unless you have actually done anything wrong yourself, i wouldnt worry about it. If you wish to screenshot their message and report we can warn the user but just pming people saying reported is an offence worthy of only a warning, nothing more. Again, you can just ignore this if you havent done anything wrong nothing will happen to your account as they need to provide evidence for their report to be actioned, and if your nose is clean they wont have that to provide. As stated in an above comment, if this is a recurring thing from the same user feel free to log a harassment report and it will be dealt with accordingly, however please note one pm "reported" does not constitute harassment (have had that in the past - wont be dealt with the same way as a harassment case).

Its a server-side bug, unfortunately only a server reboot is the solution to this bug, as your user essentially gets stuck in the system / stuck in "logged in" status. A button to log you out is implemented, its when you click Escape > Logout, an added logout button unfortunately wouldn't serve as a solution to this bug.

You can do, however if someone asks you should show them whether it be on the forum post or via pm in response to their query. Players need to know what they are buying, if EV spread is a mess this can affect what people are willing to pay, if they are perfectly EV trained this also can affect what people are willing to pay, afterall not a lot of people like to bid-blind.

Theres a lot of content being created currently, however at this moment a lot of it we are not at a stage to make it public, however rest assured theres a lot of effort going into new content by our Content Team (Mappers, Scripters & Artists) so if you see any ingame or around, be sure to acknowledge their works - any updates will be present in the Announcement subforum when we are at a stage to make new content public. On a side-note, now Shane has returned from his short time away, there is going to be quite a variety of new things implemented, from PvP to new areas.
