When you are a newly registered member your posts will require an administrator or moderator to approve them, after reaching certain amount of posts this should be no longer an issue. Regarding sections you're authorized to reply to, Red will have to look into.

Most of you don't know me, but as I'll be around as much as possible you'll have a chance. ;) First time when I introduced myself in the old forums I was only a player coming from other MMOs and searching for a great community.
