i tried to relog in the same map but it dont do anything change, but i relog with a pokemon(for go to the pokecenter) and when i back here, it work again

i was doing the diancie quest and when i was in the diamond empire east wing, where i need to carry the nosepass to the respective stones, in there i carry the first nosepass(that is in the entry) without problems, but when i try to do the same with the another 2 nosepass them not react to me, they only walk or react the first time they see me but no more, I have done the same steps as in my main account so it's not my fault, so please help these are the pokemons that i have in my team
