    Hello I recently caught a Nidoran Male the other day and finally got it to level 16 and then it never evolved, so I used a rare candy to see if that would help and nothing been trying to get it to evolve for about an hour now and I think it might be bugged can I get any help with this, thanks a lot Goaty
