Medeon

Hi! So passing to Johto all my Pokémons got trasnferred into the PC, but some of them have items on that I would like to retrieve. It won't let me do it from the PC and of course I can't put them on my team to retrieve it. Can you guys help with that? EDIT: Sorry I just noticed that this thread is specific to traded Pokémons, I thought it was for all region locked matters..
