This is correct. NPC pokemon and wild pokemon have infinite pp. I hope it'll be changed/

I battled some wild pokemons (i.e Gastly) and they have endless PP. Sucker Punch for example, normally it has only 5 PP, but the wild pokemon used it again and again?

Same things here guy. I suppose we should not risk it in Safari Zone until the server becomes more stable. Or they should reduce the price for entrance at least until then.
