  1. Constrict Description Inaccurate

    Blomdoor103 posted a topic in Resolved Bugs
    According to Pokémon Database, constrict is supposed to have a 10% chance to lower the targets speed by one stage. In-game however, the description reads "this may also confuse the target" instead of having a speed reducing description. Can someone confirm with me the proper way that this move is supposed to be coded? I'm not sure if it's just that the description that is incorrect, or if the move is coded improperly, both, or neither.
