I did the gengar mega quest again to get her shiny outfit, but when I'm done NPC tells me to put the outfit in my backpack, but I'm already undressed and NPC doesn't give me the option to change to shiny.

unfortunately I am not back to normal only yesterday it worked normally and now it is buggy again ¬¬

The following is happening when I am going to do the underground battle I can only do it 1 time and I can do it 3 times and after doing it 1 time I can't go in again because it says I did it 3 times and I only did it 1 time, this happening 2 days after my internet crashed in the middle of a battle I start with that I believe.
