I got 300 evolution data and I was doing Jirachi quest in that quest I defeated Latias and Latios and I interacted with TV in littleroot house it gave me the option for Latios/Latias I choosed Latios and I was able to catch it without completing Jirachi quest

Before the server crash my contribution in world quest was 0.29% but now it reduced to 0.15%
