you can teach surf to any pikachu on love island Is this true? thought u had to pick pikachu as a starter and then only the guy below fuschia teachs surf to any pikachu you find. sorry to post here :P That's the conclusion I came to, too. I didn't know Pikachu learning Surf was a thing in this game, That's Awesome!

I'm just curious how you had a Pikachu with Surf in the first place? :o
