What have you already tried to solve the problem? Description and Message I finished the quest like you normally would. I got the HM 01 Cut and as I was about to leave I decided to head back to my room on the ship instead to heal my Pokemon. I talked to my computer and an NPC (don't remember the name, maybe Jensen) advised me that Team Rocket was putting a stop to the ship and was planning on sinking it and that he wanted to teleport me somewhere. I hit no as I had stuff to do still in Vermilion City and told me to come back when I felt ready to take on the challenge. I left the SS Anne and 5 minutes later I try to come back to the ship but the guards won't let me. Did I just miss something, did I give up on a quest forever or will I see it down the road later? This makes no sense to me because it came out of nowhere and have no idea if it ties into the main story or not. Has any1 have any idea what's going on?
