Unable to collect event rewards(vampire clothes/houndoom mount)

same thing happened to me but i still have no replies from mods. wish we get our rewards. -
After defeating Gorge, I went to him and talk and made me choose from 2 reward which is Vampire Clothes or Houndoom mount. Then my client crashed and when I relog-in I tried to talk to him and there's no reward anymore. Please help this is my first event.
