Hello, so as the title says, i just managed to get my account back from an old email, but when i tried to log in, it's giving me on both silver/gold to create a new character, i did some research and found out about the merge thing in the dashboard, but i have no merge button in the dash. Is there a way to contact support to check if my old progress is still available ? Thanks in advance
