This is exactly the purpose of Battle Chat: for rates and PvP discussion. :) Personally, I find that if you yourself stay in Battle Chat and rate other people's Pokemon / converse long enough, a healthy discussion will pick up by itself. I think you can also ask for a rate in All Chat if nobody's responding in Battle Chat, or go to one of the Rate/Price Check subforums here on forums (they're located in the Trade forums, IIRC). But I think the best solution is just to learn how to rate your Pokemon by yourself. That way you don't have to rely on someone else's opinion, and it also teaches you to become self-sufficient. There are plenty of guides on how to assess what stats, natures, abilities, etc are important for specific Pokemon, so it's not really difficult either.

It works for me. I've found several Bold Cleffas with their H.A. while syncing / using Role Play with my Bold Kadabra. Sorry about the bad luck :( You should try searching for Swinub at Ice Path instead, so you won't have to pay money for Safari sessions.

So I was able to log in after waiting at the Loading Map screen for around 10-20 minutes or longer. Actually, I got kicked back to the login screen, probably because of the AFK timer, but I tried logging in again, and I could load into the game without issue. I think the server is taking a while to load the game/map data, but once you have it loaded, you should be fine as long as you don't restart the game again. (Not a computer person, so no idea if this is actually how it works / if I'm using the correct terminology or not lol) Based on that, my advice is to log in and just leave your game at the loading map screen for several minutes, don't restart it. Keep an eye on your game every so often to see if you're at the game screen, or if you've been kicked back to the normal login screen. If you have been kicked to the login screen, don't restart your game, just log in and you should be able to play normally. At least, this is how it worked for me (have tested it twice now).

Shadow Punch / Ghost-type moves will affect all Pokemon except Normal-types. When others have said that Gastly is a Special Attack sweeper, they mean that Gastly relies on its Special Attack to deal lots of damage. Thus, using physical moves (they are marked with an orange icon) will not be very efficient. Shadow Punch and Sucker Punch are examples of physical attacks, AKA moves you don't want on Gastly. You want to use moves that call upon Special Attack (marked by a blue spiral icon), such as Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Psychic, etc.

Hey, lots of suggestions :) Here are some comments on the ones that jumped out at me: 5) My chat doesn't auto-scroll, I have to scroll manually in order to read what was posted before. Could you clarify more here? 6) If the person is so laggy that they won't be able to accept another friend request, I don't think using PM commands in the PM window would help, since they'd still be too laggy to accept the new request whether it's coming from the chatbox or the PM window. 11) Nicknames have been suggested quite a few times in the past, but they won't be a thing. Run from battle - This is already key-bound by default, I believe. Type 1234 while you're in battle - 1 brings up the "Fight" screen, 2 brings up the Pokemon in your team, 3 brings up "Backpack," and 4 lets you run. Map spawn list - You can already basically do this, click the arrow icon at the top right and type in the map name. It'll pull up the Pokemon that can be caught on that map. More quick bar buttons - Tentatively planned to be implemented in the future :) I think the rest of your suggestions would be nice interface improvements. ^^ None of them are super critical so probably would be considered low-priority, but they would definitely make the UI a bit smoother to navigate.

Hi, this user had a similar problem but managed to solve it eventually. Try doing what they did - make sure to completely delete all PRO files from your computer, then download and extract the files into a whole new folder. The user in that thread had to do it three times before one of the game clients finally worked correctly, so try to see if that works. Good luck!

Hmm. You made sure to try deleting your old game files and reinstalling the new client? The new one was just released yesterday, 95_42.
