    I am assuming the Kanto Elite4, and yes that is the best place to level unfortunately. Your other choice is to buy a level 100 poke from someone and wreck the E4 and move on to Johto. In Johto there is a better leveling area.

    I have the same glitch, I logged into android and it seems that I am in the middle of route 24 but I can't move my character. No GM's on to fix my character either.
