My Nido King has sheer force and I'm pretty sure it isn't working. When I used Ice beam in battle it froze the enemy. I did not find anything about it, I don't know if this is known or not

does anyone know why sludge wave is not implemented in game yet? for nidoking and gengar users alike, that would be huge! also does sheer force on nidoking not work? ice beam froze a poke when i used it with a nidoking with sheer force. any thoughts or news on these two things?

so I have a timid eevee with 31 speed and somewhere near 15 spatk. my only problem is its ability is adaptability. i wold like to trade a similar eevee with either timid or modest nature with its hidden ability. 31 speed is a must and im willing to go as low as like 14 apatk. i will trade and pay alongside the trade for the offered poke. but my eevee itself is a great poke. in game name is Chackers. let me know if you have something of offer!!! thanks a bunch!!
