I'VE DISCOVERED ITS A BUG ON GAME, i've needed do kill my budew to lost 5 friendship and get more 5 during daytime, so worked

I lvl'd him already during this time, get xp etc...

I Have my budew at 255 happyness , and like ProWiki https://prowiki.info/index.php?title=Budew he just need happines and like i found another link he need to get xp or lvlup on day time, tried that and not evolved, i'm gonna quit budew because i dont know what to do....maybe a item os something is missing?
