Yea Thanks Man for replying. But i wanna ask one more thing that why it happened to me only. My one game friend was also failed in catching darkrai for the first time but still he reroll his darkrai iv in the second turn after reseting quest...Why so??

Now i had started hollowean event quest of catching a darkrai. Now in the first try i was unable to catch the darkrai. So i took a battle with Horon to reset the darkrai quest. And i defeated horon and then i reset the darkrai quest and i started all over again. So finally i caught a darkrai and i successfully completed darkrai quest. So as usually all other players use to to do that is rerolling their darkrai's IV. And its free for one time. So i went to the lady standing there who rerolls ivs for free for one time only. So she is saying this things. I mentioned a picture so you can see whats the matter. Now i haven't reroll my darkrai iv for once then also its declining me to reroll. Its just so unfair. I don't know its a bug or what. But please fix it before the hollowean event gets over. I want to reroll my darkrai's iv. I had not used the my free reroll but still its declining. Help me please. If its a bug then please fix it and if there is something i am missing or i am doing wrong then please tell me what to do..
