Nevermind, I had Budew level up through battle once again and this time it worked. I'm not sure why it did not evolve the first time, but I suppose I do not need help anymore. Thank you to everyone who took time to read my post.

Hello! I have a problem regarding to my Budew. I have checked multiple times and it is at max happiness (255), it is daytime when I try to evolve it by gaining EXP, but still to no avail. I also tried fainting it and getting back to max happiness again but that didn't work out for me either. I even had it level up through battle while at max happiness but that also did not seem to work. I don't understand why nothing happens, is there something that I am still missing? Any help would be appreciated.
