Now, my axew came back, but i lost my marshtomp, idk whats happening with my pokemons en Hoenn

I had a Axew level 40 more or less, and he was replaced by my starter pokemon at lvl 5, its the second time that bug appear. The first time, when i logged in, that bug disappear, now, i have it again. Can i get some help?
