okey now is fixed idk ty

I was heading to blackthorn city on route 30 and a wild pokemon attack me. In the battle i was disconnected and the message box says connection lost. When i reconnet my blastoise just disappeared and on his place [Poke6] was my heracross from pc. When i go to pokecenter and search pc my blastoise wasn't there. Idk what happend i want it back. Strange bug. Now what?
