This started a few weeks ago, I logged on and my furret was replaced by a random charmander and then my furret eventually reappeared but it replaced my budew. I was bummed out but I ended up just finding another budew and forgot about the whole issue. Fast forward a few weeks, I log in again and my old budew is back but it has replaced my sandshrew... is there any way I can get my sandshrew back? Or prevent this from continuing to happen? Thanks!

I just created an account today and customized my character but when I started the game it removed all my customizations. My character is bald and has no clothes. Can that be fixed?
