    Came here to report the same bug, but for me its always my first slot, it also dupes pokemons for me when I start a new region. in the link there is proof of a duped mudkip (its bad), I also have a duped shelgon (also bad, but a shelgon). https://gyazo.com/90a819927297e67c5ff1f0c57b4f8280 Please fix it, I dont want to be banned for duping and I cant use my first party slot since it would get replaced by my last pokemon that got replaced.
