For now, sometimes it will show the activation of shell bell message, while sometimes not. Random Battle Rating should be consider into Guild Contribution as it the rating will still be count with the formula of random rating divided by 2. Did you join the guild during last 7 days before season end? This is because any new members that join the guild during last 7days before season end will not be able to contribute their ratings to the guild, which might explain why you don't have the permission to join guild island.
