    i was going to relearner in slateport city after i entered a battle with wild pokemon and logged out and logged in instead of going back to Lilly cove i went to canavale i didnt use escape rope yes i entered the event before going to slateport yes i talked to a npc crossing the bridge, i battled him a few times
