Hello @Darioymateo and @Godfrezy, I've checked on the information provided from you two. This is a known bug that does not let any of both players to take actions during the battle. The right procedure here is to make a draw since none of the parties can take a move, it is not that the oponent is not willing to move, it is that the player is unable at all. Sometimes even attempting a draw is not possible.
We don't mind being contacted to help under these circumstances, we will gladly support for this if we are available, and explain the process while handling it with both parties involved. The contact can be done in discord in my case for this specific scenarios, and if not available, it can be asked to contact a moderator in support from the Official PRO Discord.
On the other hand, discussing who is winning also has to do with this matter and we would take it into account, but it has to be done respectfully all the time. This issues had to be dealt during the battle before any party disconnects or leaves the battle.
I hope this reply clarifies any doubt regarding this topic, as for now we will not be able change the result of the match, as said above it has to be done during the moment of the issue, and that's why a mod needs to be contacted as soon as possible. I thank you @Darioymateo for doing the report, and apologize for not being able to assist during the issue.
I will be locking this thread as no more details had to be explained, just keep on mind if this bug happens again while in a Ranked match, you can reach us to assist further.

If the results are slightly incorrect, the correct users would have still been rewarded. This is due to the server automatically rewarding the top 25.

Hi everyone and welcome in the 55th Official Ladder Tournament!
This tournament is for the top 25 players of the ladder of March & April 2022! Please register within the next days!
The ladder tournament will be on PRO for his first instance!
Note: Participants who submitted a registration during the registration period last month are already counted for this tournament. If you do not want to participate, then contact a Tournament Staff to be removed from the list.
- Ranked PvP Rules apply. Please familiarize yourself with these if you have not done so already.
- If you disconnect, it will be counted as a loss unless your opponent agrees to a rematch.

Finish the matches within the stated time:
- If you didn't complete your match within the stated time, the winner will be decided by coinflip.
- If your opponent tried to contact you and you didn't react within the stated time, you will be disqualified. -Evidence is needed in this case!
- You will have 2~4 days per round!
- You can use as many Pokemon as you want and don't need to register them.
- You can only use Pokemon that are catchable and not banned on PRO.

You have to join the ladder tournament discord, before the tournament starts. You will get the invite link, after your registration.
Q: Which Pokemon can be used in the ladder tournament ?
A: You can use all Pokemon, abilities, items and moves that were coded and allowed, when the tournament started.
Reference: PVP RULES
The list is longer, so only use them, if you are sure that they are coded and allowed. If you are unsure, feel free to ask.
Q: We didn't finish our match within the given time. What happens now?
A: If you tried to contact your opponent and s/he didn't answer, then your opponent will be disqualified. Evidences are needed.
If both of you didn't try to contact each other or weren't able to agree on a date, then the match will be coinflipped.
Q: I can't agree on different terms with my opponent. What happens now?
A: If you make reasonable suggestions and your opponent does not agree without making his own suggestions, then it will count as a refusal to battle. If you and your opponent make reasonable suggestions, but still can't agree within the given time, then the match will be coinflipped.
Q: Where the tournament will be held?
A: The tournament will be held on PRO on a different server as Gold/Silver servers, the IP adress of this one will be given at the start of the tournament.
Q: What is happening if there is a bug or if someone abuse a bug?
A: If you or your opponent encounter a bug during one of your battle, the battle will be canceled and will have to be played again, abusing intentionnally of a bug will result to appropriates punishments given by the Tournament administration.
Q: When are my pokemons saved for the tournament ?
A: Your pokemons from your storage box will be saved at the end of the season (When the PvP seasons is resetted, the 1st of each months).A: For this specific time the information will be dragged to the server once we get all participants registered in the 55th tournament.
1st Place:
With the recent changes, the winner of the ladder tournament has now the chance to choose one between two possible rewards:
- An Untradeable Pokémon of the one written into THIS REWARD LIST with IVs maxed at 31 30 27 26 25 22 spread as the winner most prefer, as well as nature and ability chosen by the winner + 1 IV Locked Reroll
OR
- An Untradeable Shiny Pokémon contained into THIS REWARD LIST with the Main Stat 31 IV and all the other IV centered (But not limited to) around 20. Nature and ability chosen by the winner + 1 IV Locked Reroll

Q: The timer in PRO is different than in Showdown. What do we do?
A: The timer must be activated at the start of the duel, however, if your opponent asks and you agree to disable it then its possible to disable the timer for the reminder of the match. If your opponent disables the timer without your consent then you may reenable it again, however, may this happen multiple times in the course of the match you may contact a ladder administrator to oversee the match.
Q: PRO has no formats. Which one do we use?
A: For this tournament, battles can be carried out both in Ubers[Gen7] and Anything Goes[Gen7] tiers. Ubers allows the user to carry battles with the implementation of the clauses PRO uses, and Anything Goes allows specific pokemon and combinations to be played where in normal tiering format wouldn't be possible. It depends on what the participants agree on.

Hello @DaOneDestroyer, unfortunately stuff related with bugs is not handled by moderators, but for the game developers. You will have to give time for one to answer. When you make a thread remember to give 24 hours time after your last reply, then you should reply in the post if there has not been an answer. Also, we moderators are intended to give attention in threads and not in private messages. Please avoid contacting a staff this way unless they are willing too. It really depends in the type of role they got, moderators dont take PM's to avoid spam. Again regarding your issue please be patient and a dev will help you when available.

I would like to thank everyone for giving PRO a competitive environment for another season. I would also like to congratulate each player and guild who made it to the top of the ladder, on behalf of the whole staff team.

REWARDS :
• Normally, 1st Place will receive 600 PvP coins, 2nd place 595, and so on.
• Top ladder guilds shall receive 25% EXP Boost for the entirety of the next season!
• Top 25 players from each server are eligible to enter the ladder tournament and win epic Pokemon and other cool rewards!
• Top 25 players from each server have access to Tutor Heaven!
