What can be the chances of getting the Easter forms from David, same as 1/550 or less ?

After I defeated David three times in hard mode, he gave options of sync or Easter form, I clicked Easter form togepi, but when I went to breezy town pokecenter my system storage did not show Easter form togepi but a ordinary hardy nature togepi was added. Please help, almost from the beginning I was defeating him for getting its Easter form but now I am feel of being cheated.
