I tryied to loggin on 3 different divices and nothing worked

I cant connect to silver server account because the game keeps on saying "Connection lost" but i can still connect to my gold server account. "Hello. Apologies for the inconvenience. Tested it and did not worked, i already changed the server this mouth and now i cant play the game because i have to pay to transfer the server. I did not maked anything wrong and this isnt my mistake so i dont see why i have to pay to fix it. I loved the game and already spend some money on it, but if and cant loggin i will quit ://
