I can't make it to sinnoh e4 because i dont have the waterfall hm. Aswell as i dont have enough money to buy a waterfall pokemon. Please help me.

I dont know what to do after i completed hoenn elite 4. I went back to kanto and i have not seen anything new. Please help me progress to sinnoh thanks

I go into pokemon revolution online, but i cant join silver or gold? Does anybody have an explanation or can help?
