I'm using a windows pc. when servers are back on I will se to giving u a screenshot of the situation

Thts bc the server Is down rn I had this issue before that

When I open the game and log in I am greeted to a black screen of which I can see everything els but my surrounding area I've re logged and reinstalled the client yet nothing changed pls help me find the issue and resolve it.
