    Hi PRO Staff, Today while battling Ash in Viridian Forest the servers crashed causing me to forfeit the battle. In the (Ashes Cap Guide) on PRO it says it does not matter if you win or lose, if you have Pikachu as starter you can see him on Route 9. My issue is Ash has a 160+ hour cooldown. I went ahead and pressed forward until encountering Ash on Route 9, he told me I needed to see him and his pal Pikachu in viridian forest. I was just curious if the cooldown could be reset on Ash or if I will have to wait 160+ hours... Thank you.
