Does anyone know how to pass Stark Mountain ? I have a couple of Pokemon with Level 59 but it is difficult to beat every Trainer. How is this possible ?

I Have problems to beat the trainers in Stark Mountain. I have severaly pokemon of level 59 but it is not possible to beat every Trainer. With 1 pokemon it's impossible I think. Does anyone have some tips to complete this quest ?

I caught a Pelipper but his ability is now Rain Dish. Is this the right one or do I need to catch a couple of wingull until I found one with Drizzle ?

I have a Pelipper but his ability is Keen Eye. Is it possible that the ability will change if he levels up or can't you see the ability Drizzle in the pokedex ?

I have a Politoed but his ability is Damp. I can't use the politoed with the torkoal. How do I get drizzle with politoed or how do I can use it on the Torkoal.

I have a problem, I have a poké flute but I don't know how do I can use it in battle. It works on Snorlax but in battle if I click on it , nothing will happen. Does someone know how do you use it. I have the same problem with the Hm Fly. My noctowl knows the Hm but I can't fly anywhere. Do you need something to use this. Can someone help with the 2 problems ? Thanks
