I Think it is . I tried to load the site on my phone still not working!

I tried logging in to play , it didnt work it just said failed to log in or sum like that , My password was correct so was my user deleted the game and all its files . couldn t download the game again cause the site was not working . The forum site works very fine but idk how to make the principal site to make it work. pls help (Photo of the site / what it shows when i try to load)
