pilly1000, I believe I was on the blue server previously... I was told I may need to change my registered email address too.

Greetings Trainers, I have returned after a very long hiatus, I'm trying to access my account(s) but I'm having issues, I believe there is a bug in the password reset process. I've sent a support ticket and PMd a few staff on the Discord channel to no avail. Does anyone know of a workaround? I'm aware I need to merge as I previously played on Red, Blue and Yellow, however I can't access the dashboard to do so. I have confirmed two separate emails linked to my accounts but they have the same username, I presume it's just one account with different server data! Which is probably the cause of the bug.
