Randers

I did the psychic vision of Lance in Vermillion where he wipes you out and afterwards it warped me to the pokecenter in Vermillion but I was stuck in the black area East of the interior and could not move. I used an escape rope but it just returned me to the normal standing area in the interior but there are no NPCs in there, no players and I still cannot move. Is there any other way to get my character un-stuck or manually moved to another location? I assume this is some bug involving the Lance scene and not a thing that would just happening when entering this Poke center. Thank you!
