The bug is that Thier is a mission that you need to defeat admin christina. The problem is that the guard need to go away so that I could battle him and finished the mission. But I made a mistake I click the pc in front of Jessie to early. I didn't know that you need to defeat James first before click the pc in Jessie. Pls let me just restart the mission so that I could enjoy playing the game again
