It looked like that did the trick, trading with a slot open. What an obscure requirement. But thank you, my issue is resolved.

I apologize if this is not posted in the correct thread. In the games Phantump has always been a trade evo pkm but it is not listed in the trade pkm guide and when I had a friend trade a Phatump to me it did not trigger an evolve screen. I asked several times in game but did not receive a helpful answer. Also I could not find this information anywhere else in the forums.

I'm not sure that answers the problem that I'm having.

So I tried following the guide I found on the forums to go after Kyreum but there hasn't been a post in awhile so I don't know if it's out of date. https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/142179-kyurem-quest-guide/ First of all, there is no old lady in the shown spot outside the pkm center to start the quest. Then, when I go to the island with Sailor Johnny, I have a Garchomp that knows surf but it will not allow me out into the water. Also after trying it just leaves me stuck and I can't move unless I sign out and back in where I find myself back in the Eumi pkm center. I'm not sure if that's a separate issue or not. But this trouble is preventing me pursuing Kyreum. I am the champion on all four regions and I even tried it with 3 dark pkm in my team even though I'm not even at that part of the quest yet.

As it turns out, this information was correct. I now have access to the cave and this issue of mine is resolved.

Message: "Hmm, seems this cave entrance is blocked. I wonder what could be inside..." As you can see from the pictures I have the lava bell, and 420 hours.

So I have completed all of the mission steps for the three dogs and for Mt.Silver as well. I already have the lava bell for Entei but the cave on route 25 will not let me in. There was another user two years ago who had the same issue https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/145050-entei-guardian-boss/ According to this thread, all three dogs are only supposed to require 200 hours but there is a bug where only Entei requires 450 hours. Now it was said that a ticket was submitted for this at that time and that was two years ago. But the same bug seems to be in place. I am at 414 hours, all other requirements met, and I cannot get into the cave. - - This is my first ever post. I checked to make sure I'm posting this in the support section. I don't know how else to report an unresolved bug or glitch.
