thanks my issue was resolved i just have to do the quest again you can close the thread now

i am done with giving doses to 9 of the pokemon but i can't find oddish near southern stop house below madeline npc

i completed the hoenn transport quest a long time ago and it was working just fine but one day when i came to new mauville to catch blitzle, i messed with the plusle there and it disappeared. From that time i am not able to use transport in hoenn and sinnoh and there is no option for doing the quest again as wattson has disappeared
