Regarding End Point, mention in your post if your auction ends in "72 hours after starting offer is met" or "72 hours after thread's creation". Minimum Raises, Insta Prices and Alternative Payments are optional, it is totally up to you if you want to include them or not, but in case you do so, those (along with Start Point / Price and End Point) can not be adjusted anymore once your auction starts.
