This is a Cross Server auction, it is your duty to transfer if winner is from the opposite server. In case buyer agrees to be the one transfering, you must have the evidence sustaining this matter. Your title contained a typo which could lead to misleading players. I have edited it from "h.a grass" to "h.p. grass". Also, your End Point is not clear enough. Please specify in your post if your auction ends in 48 hours after thread's creation or 48 hours after start/first bid. Min raises can not be added/removed once your auction starts.
