Cool, I can have 4 accounts. But is it okay for me to log in two at the same time and make exchanges on the same computer?

I would like to clarify some doubts and not commit infractions: 1) Can I open two game accounts simultaneously on the same computer? 2) Can I exchange items and Pokémon with myself even though I have two different accounts?
