  1. Budew does not evolve during the day when it reaches maximum happiness

    As you can see in the attached photo, at 13:23 (1:23 PM) poke time Budew achieved 255 luck. from what I checked, the day time is from 10:00 (10:00 AM) to 20:00 (8:00 PM). Today I tried to lose the fight with a wild Pokemon again so that the budew would lose his luck and get 255 luck again in the day. Today budew hit at 18:44 (6:44 PM) and did not evolve again. I attach a picture. I will try to get 254 luck, go exit game and after logging in I will get 255 luck in day time. You think it might be because I beat Brock but didn't go any further?
