Hi there. Thought I'd comment here because the Mario and Luigi forms are based on cards that have existed since 2016. Stating that it is 'your form' seems a bit presumptive when what's in the game isn't even what you produced (see below for reference - yours on the left, and the design in game on the right): The likely scenario is that the forms were drawn from the cards for this and not your submission (which was more than likely overlooked). I say this whilst presenting another card from which inspiration was drawn for an in-game form: Lastly, the rewards for the contest are quite clear from the post - only for the top 3 placements.
