Not at all ! There was an exp rework sometime now that changed that (also was the update where Exp share was introduced) and currently a pre-evo pokémon and it's evolved form both exp the same. So feel free to evolves them whenever you want ( You should check the moves the pre evo and evo form learns, some moves need a higher level in the evolved ones and sometimes don't learn them at all) Good luck for the rest of your journey and don't hesitate to ask if you have other questions -Bacchylides

Greetings @Guhan Have you tried any of the following: Uninstall and Reinstall the Game: Delete the game and all its related files from your PC, then empty your Recycle Bin. Afterward, reinstall the game. Whitelist PRO in your antivirus: Ensure that your antivirus isn’t blocking the game. Update drivers: Check that your graphics drivers and other important drivers are up to date. On top of the solutions I mentionned above, you can also try to: For Mobile Users: If possible, switch to a stable network that's not 5G. Try to avoid large downloads or having too many devices connected to the network, to ensure the connection remains stable. Additionally, I recommend using the Legacy Client for Android, as it tends to resolve some common issues for Android users. For PC Users: Ensure that your wireless adapter is functioning properly and is up to date. If you're using an Ethernet cable, confirm that it’s securely connected. Also, check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure there are no issues on their end. I hope this helps solve the problem. -Bacchylides. -

Hello @Lohlc ! I checked your quest progress and it seems that you didn't complete the previous step before needing to return to Fullmoon Island. You’ve only woken up 1 out of the 4 Pokémon you need to wake up. To proceed, you’ll need a Pokémon with either Wake-Up Slap or Uproar to wake up the remaining Pokémon. The ones you need to wake up are: Clefable in Sunyshore City (That you probably already did but wouldn't hurt to check again) Dragonite in Celestic Ruins Greninja in Twinleaf Town Chansey in Hearthome City Once you’ve woken up all 4 Pokémon, you’ll be able to return to Fullmoon Island. The last guard will mention how Fullmoon Island is darker than usual. Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions! Best regards, Bacchylides.

Cant enter the Team Aqua Hideout in Hoenn
Bacchylides replied to Julianvacag's topic in Resolved General Support
Hello @Julianvacag I’m sorry for any frustration caused by this situation. Let me help you with this part of Hoenn’s quest: After defeating the Fortree City Gym and obtaining the Feather Badge, head to Lilycove City. However, on Route 121, you’ll encounter Team Aqua or Team Magma. Follow them to Mt. Pyre! Once you reach the top of Mt. Pyre and fight your way through, you’ll meet Jackson, Matt, Tabitha, and two Elders. Talking to them will reveal that you need to calm down Groudon and Kyogre. Your first task is to clear the Magma Hideout, located in Jagged Pass: From Route 112, take the cable car up the mountain. Go south to find a cave blocked by rocks—that’s the Magma Hideout. Once you’ve cleared out the Magma Hideout and defeated Tabitha (Team Magma's leader), Jackson will appear and calm Groudon. Go back to Lilycove City (located east from route 121). The cave in the beach north/east in the city should now be accessible. This is the Aqua Hideout. Clear out the Aqua Hideout just like you did with the Magma Hideout. Matt, the Aqua leader, won’t be in the hideout. Instead, you’ll find a grunt who will tell you that he swam away. After clearing the Aqua Hideout, exit and head west toward Mossdeep City, where the 7th Gym is located. I hope this explanation helps clarify things! If you're still having issues, could you provide more details or screenshots? In the meantime, feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Good luck with your adventure! -Bacchylides. -

When is the next event for xp party share ?
Bacchylides replied to Naxmouk's topic in Resolved General Support
Hello @Naxmouk Currently, we don’t have an official ETA for when the next event will begin. If you're not already in our Discord, I invite you to join using this Link, where we share the latest updates, including event start and end dates. we also posted a schedule in the there with estimated timelines for future updates and events. I understand the delay might be frustrating, but please know our team is committed to delivering high-quality content. If something doesn’t meet their standards, it may be delayed to ensure it’s right. I hope this clears things up, and I appreciate your patience! Since there are no further questions, I’ll be closing this topic. Don’t hesitate to start a new post if you need anything else! Best regards, Bacchylides -
Hello @Princesspie. I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused. I understand this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but unfortunately, we can't change your Pokémon’s ability. To explain it simply: Pokémon have different ability "slots." When a wild Pokémon appears, one of these slots is assigned to it. For your Weezing, slot 2 was assigned. Before the National Dex update, this slot was empty, as Weezing only had one ability. But after the update, slot 2 now holds the 'Stench' ability, which is why Weezing’s ability changed. Since there is nothing else to answer, I will be locking this topic. If you have other questions don't hesitate to make a new post. I apologize again, and I wish you the best of luck in your journey! -Bacchylides.

Hello @Ro87 After downloading the game from the official website, you will find a .zip file in your Downloads folder. Simply extract the contents of the .zip file. The folder you extracted should contain the game’s client launcher. If you experience any issues launching the game, such as missing files : Delete the existing game folder and download the game again. Make sure to whitelist the PRO client in your antivirus software to prevent any interference. Let us know if this solves the issue. If not, please provide more details about the problem you’re facing. Screenshots would be very helpful! Best regards, Bacchylides.

bug at quest 3 legendary bird
Bacchylides replied to Souryunoisen's topic in Resolved General Support
Hi @Souryunoisen Sorry about any frustration caused by this situation. Since the first time you didn't have a pokémon with Shadow tag ability on you, it means you wouldn't have been able to go where to Articuno is at all and that wouldn't have changed where it spawns or if it spawns. Can you go back there with a pokémon that have the required ability and follow this path: To reach Ice Island: Start at Shamouti Island and head north. Continue north through Shamouti Seaway. Keep going north through Seaway Vein. Then, go north again through Ice Island Seaway. Finally, you will arrive at Ice Island. On Ice Island: Once you arrive, go left and climb the stairs. Articuno will be waiting there. After you defeat Articuno, it will drop the Ice Orb. Let me know if this solves your problem and feel free to ask if you have other questions. Best regards, Bacchylides. -
That's pretty cool ! Congratulations on getting your fourth badge Karrablast is ... a blast to use xD (I'll see my self out, thank you) I love the new additions to the team specially Helioptile, that little bugger is one of my fav', it's so adorable. I see that you don't evolve your pokémons, is it just a personal choice or something else ? In the past, none evolved forms used to Exp. faster than their evolved counterparts but it is no longer the case at the moment, if it's just for that reason feel free to evolve them. ^-^ I can't wait to see more of your achievements and best of luck in the rest of your adventure -Bacchylides

Welcome to PRO Kaylin! I hope you have a great time and enjoy the game! A few tips to help you get started: Read the PRO rules and chat rules to get familiar with the game’s guidelines. Spend wisely in the early stages. Money is an important resource, so use it carefully. Look out for Officer Jennys in the early towns and cities of Kanto. They offer easy Bounty Quests with good rewards! Use the PROWiki, Forum's game guides, and our Discord for lots of helpful guides and resources during your journey. Don’t worry too much about your Pokémon team for the main storyline. Pick the ones you like, and you’ll do fine! For some game knowledge, I will link you some guides that may come in handy: - Kanto Walkthrough - Arcanine mount quest - Pokémon building tips - Trainer tower ! I wish you the best of luck in your adventure and don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or encoutner an issue ! Best regards, Bacchylides. PS: My favorite pokémons are most ghost types and of course Eevee the cutest

why zapdos cant learn hurricane ??
Bacchylides replied to Shadowmonarc's topic in Resolved General Support
Hello @Jsdhillon In Generation 9, Zapdos can learn Hurricane through a TM. However, when PRO transitioned to the National Dex, only data for new TMs, Tutors, and items were added, but no new vendor NPCs were included to sell those TMs. As a result, there is currently no way to obtain these TMs in the game. This will be addressed in a future update. I hope this clears things up. Since there’s nothing else to address on this topic, I’ll be closing it now. If you have any other questions, feel free to start a new one! Best regards, Bacchylides -
I OHKOD a lunala on birth island can I get it back?
Bacchylides replied to Mka69's topic in Resolved General Support
Hi @Mka69 Sorry for any frustration this may have caused. Unfortunately, you can’t refight Lunala since the Nikola Boss only affects legendaries obtained through quests. To encounter Lunala again and try catching it, you’ll need to use a new Mysterious Ticket and visit Birth Island again (at least 24 hours after your previous visit). When you’re preparing to encounter legendaries on Birth Island, remember some may have moves like "Explosion."as well as a pokémon with "False Swipe", Syncs, pokéballs etc... It’s important to plan for these, as it's the hunter’s responsibility to be prepared. Since there’s nothing else to address here, I’ll be locking this topic. Feel free to start a new post if you have any other concerns or questions. Sorry again for the inconvenience, and good luck on your future adventures! Best regards, Bacchylides. -
Hi @Vnzaogx Every move you are looking for is available for those pokémons as an Egg move and is obtainable from the Egg Move Tutor inside of any Daycare. To gain access to the Daycare Centers you must defeat the Naero boss on any difficulty. Naero is located in Cerulean Cave. How to Unlock Cerulean Cave: Join Dragon’s Club in Blackthorn City (costs 200,000). Catch 240 Pokémon to get the Dragon Medallion. Battle Dragonite in Dragon’s Den (B1F). Talk to the guard at the entrance of Cerulean Cave. Finally, defeat Lance (boss) in Dragon's Den (B1F) with a level 100 team. Daycares are available in every region at the following locations: Kanto: Route 5 Johto: Route 34 Hoenn: Route 117 Sinnoh: Solaceon Town. I hope this answers your question ! Since there is nothing else to address I will be locking this topic, if you have other inqueries feel free to open a new topic. Best regards; Bacchylides.

Hello @Ranger072 First, welcome to PRO! I’m really sorry for the frustrating situation you’ve run into, but unfortunately, there's no way to reset your account. However, here are some suggestions that might help: Start on a new server – You can create a new character on a different server, which gives you a fresh start and lets you choose your desired starter. Create a new account – You can also make a new account, but keep in mind that players are limited to 4 accounts in total, as per the game rules. Catch a starter during the story – You can catch the following starters as you progress but keep in mind that they are RARE pokémons. Charmander – Found in Cinnabar Mansion 3f (City with the 7th Gym). Bulbasaur – Found in Kanto Safari (located in Fushcia, the city with the 5th gym). Squirtle – Found in the waters of Vermilion City, but you’ll need the HM Surf to find it. Headbutting trees in the Pallet town also has a chance to spawn a starter Trade for one – As Alduin mentioned, you can also trade for a starter from another player once you’ve earned 4 badges. Hope this helps & feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Best regards, Bacchylides.
