  1. Hello, Although not explicit, sellers should not evolve a pokemon if the pokemon is being auctioned already. If the pokemon being auction was a Ferrossed, then it should be kept as a Ferroseed, until the auction is over. If it's being auctioned a Ferroseed, then it must be a Ferroseed until the very end. No actions will be applied because of this, but players should be aware of that fact. Players might bid because they wish to keep the pokemon as a Ferroseed, so the same way we don't allow changes on prices, alternative payments (etc) when an auction has started, the pokemon itself (in this case evolution) should also not change. Kind Regards, K-Mew
  2. Hello, Sadly, your hypothesis is correct, and the bid made by @Kirayoshikage33 is false, as the doesnt have the funds required. With that said, @Topscammer I will give you the chance to keep your 2m bid and win the auction. Please provide a reply, so @Heroofthestreet can know if you are still interested, and if you are not, then for me to void this auction completly. Kind Regards, K-Mew
  3. Hello all, @Paodequeijoo1 Please in the future provide of the Trade Window for each and every sale in the post thread. Kind Regards, K-Mew
  4. Hello @Jamoncito26 @Harolxd The trade has been forced. Kindly, K-Mew
  5. Hello all, @Nathji1723 Please when setting an end point, always be clear about it. If the auction time was 24hours, you must state if it starts when the post is created or after someone makes the first valid bid. Since this auction is now over, for the sake of fairness and transparency, it will be taken into consideration 24hours after the thread was created, since nothing else was mentioned. With that said, the rightful winner of this auction was @Shiringa with a 2.050m offer. I have fix the outcome as follows: @Nathji1723 250k were removed from your account @Shiringa 2.050m were removed and the pokemons added @Somphong1616 2.3m were added back and the pokemons removed On top of it, @Nathji1723 you have been punished for miss handling this auction. If you not sure about the outcome of your auction you should always wait for our final intervention. Kind Regards, K-Mew
  6. Hello, Do not excessively bump your post as it can be bumped a maximum of once every 24 hours, including after the post has been created. Kindly, K-Mew
  7. Hello @Mmrco our apologies, but this shop should have been locked as the player hasn't connected to the game for almost 5months. With that said, I will be locking this forum shop, since as mentioned the player hasn't logged in for months. Kindly, K-Mew
  8. Hello all, First and foremost, thank you for seeking our intervention (please I keep asking you all, to use the report button, rather than tagging us individually), rather than finishing a deal that might have been incorrect. With that said, the winner of this auction is @Xplodin with a 2.5m bid made at 18/5 12:53PM GMT+1. @Suncity outbid was made at 18/5 1:08PM GMT+1, which is invalid. The 15min rule was applied on Xplodin bid, making the official end point 18/5 1:08PM GMT+1, therefore the last possible time to make a valid bid would have to be 18/5 1:07PM GMT+1. Please make sure to trade with the rightful winner @Grayzhang and post a screenshot of the trading window here. Kindly, K-Mew
  9. Hello all, @Z22 This auction has been poorly set up, as only stating that the End Point is 16/05/2025 isn't a clear end point, since there are multiple GMT's. If you wish to say the auction end point is on a specific date, you must provide the day, hours and most importantly the GMT you using. Since no time has been given, only a date, we will use the standard 00:00 GMT+0 as finish line, which means the End Point will be 16/05/2025 00:00 GMT. With that, the winner is @Jefke007 with a 25m bid. @Uchihatrainer I am sorry, but to keep this auction clean and fair, since the seller didn't specified the time it's ending, just the date, the most fair way to solve it, is to assume GMT 0 and the end point the moment it turns 16/05, I hope you can understand the reasoning behind it. Kind Regards, K-Mew
  10. Hello, @Zeketm1 You are not allowed to withdraw a bid once placed. I have restored the bids. @Suncity I have already warned you about this: Please avoid such statements, as they can falsely advertise an ending of an auction, and lead to other bidders not offering by assuming the auction is over. To clarify the winners of this auction: Ferro 1: Winner Suncity with a 303k bid made at 16/5 6:01PM GMT+1 Ferro 2: Winner Suncity with a 451k bid made at 16/5 5:38PM GMT+1 Ferro 3: Winner Suncity with a 235k bid made at 16/5 5:38PM GMT+1 Please make sure to trade the pokemons to the rightful winner. Kindly, K-Mew
  11. Hello all, @Assttra As per request I have locked this thread, however, please allow me to ask you to read Auction Rules if you ever intend to make an auction in the future. On the thread you must setup correctly an auction clearly stating the Start and End Point, and, when you receive in game offer, you must take evidence (screenshots) and post them in here as evidence of the said bid. Kindly, K-Mew
  12. Hello @Zeketm1 I have edited the title of your auction as it was misleading. Please be more careful in the future. Kindly, K-Mew
  13. I had stated I wouldn't be replying further. So not only consider this my last message here, but also a warning. This will be the very last time I will ask you to transfer. Regarding the ''which ground you are incorrect'' allow me to give you 2 reasons: First and foremost, Forum Rules will always overrule any rule stated in the auction by the seller. Forum Rules will always be the ones that prevails in any decision made on Forum auctions. Matters not if you had stated the winner would have to move, when a Forum Rule clearly states that the moving falls over on the Thread creator. Unless the winner, again, has an explicit agreement with you (which must be shown here), you will be the one transferring. I will provide an example, as this has happened in the past. Players had stated the 15min rule wouldn't be applied, just because it was mentioned, doesn't mean it will be applied, since, as I just stated, Forum Rules will override it. The same happens here. Lastly, when a Trade Moderator intervenes in an auction to correct any incorrect information / in attempt to fix an auction, players must follow their instructions, that's why we are here for, to correct auctions and mistakes that players might do. You might not agree with the call, and demand an explanation, but the thread itself is not the place for such things, we do have a a complain zone, where you can fill one if you wish further elaboration. With that said, I will now not ask you to move to Gold. I will give you 24hours to do so. Kindly, K-Mew
  14. Incorrect. As you stated: The winner has already mentioned he is on Gold, therefore, you will be moving to Gold. No explicit agreement has been made, which means you will have to abide Forum rules. Unless you have evidence of the said agreement: If you refuse to do move, this will be viewed as a Rule breaking, which will lead to punishments to your account. I will not reply further, so please talk to @Grabarz23 and finalize the deal. Kindly, K-Mew
  15. Hello @A1playz123 This statement I have underlined with red is not valid. The moment you decided to make an auction on Forum Cross Server, you will be forced to follow it's rules. As stated in rules: Therefore, you will have to move to the server the winner is at. @Feliximanuel as stated you are not allowed to withdraw a bid once placed. I have edited back your offer, please be mindful doing this in the future, can lead to Trade Punishments on your account. As you not only withdrew a bid, you have also edited to a lower value from 4.6m to 4.5m. I will void your 4.6m bid, as it would be unfair to @Grabarz23 as he outbidded the 4.5m since he didnt know you had edited to a lower amount. As such, you have been punished for Withdrawing & Lowering your bid. With that said the winner is @Grabarz23 with a 4.66m bid. @A1playz123Make sure to swap servers and finish this deal. Kindly, K-Mew
