Nevermind I think I figured it out, I had bought the charmander before I talked to Oak so it didn't count.

I looked through a couple thread's here and saw that someone said you didn't have to be the OT for the charmander to be able to do the quest so I bought one that had the right nature and high enough IV's but when I talk to Oak he says I need to catch a new one, does this mean I do need to be the OT and I got scammed (Unknowingly on the other person's part or not) or is this a bug?

I think it's an possibly issue with your DDL of the Application because I found another forum where someone suggested downloading from either Mediafire or Mega due to an issue with the patch version not updating properly, so I did this deleting the game and redownloading from Mega and now it seems to have worked and I can log in.

Well [heck], thanks anyways fam, I'll see what I can do to fix it myself then.

After opening the game and logging into the server (Gold) my game crashes instantly, I searched if this had happened before and found a thread on here that had the exact same issue by Noluck92 titled "Game always crashing - User already logged in" under that thread an admin gave 3 things to do to maybe fix the issue and his was fixed by making an exception in his antivirus, I have used all 3 potential fixes (Uninstall-Reinstall, Antivirus exception, and Driver update) as well as restarting my PC and I am still having this issue. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
